Veteran neo-impressionist landscape artist Laxman V. Shenvi (well known as L.V.Shenvi) was
born in 1920 in Ankola, India. His passion for art led him to the J.J. School of Art, Mumbai
where he graduated with a degree in fine art. He subsequently worked at Lintas, a well known
advertising agency in Mumbai.
