I incorporate both a realistic and an abstract approaches to my paintings.
I am passionate about color,design and working thru my subcoscious impulses and
intuitive nature.
I've been painting since my early teens when I enrolled in art schooland decided to pursue an
art career.
I was awarded a four-year Art Scholarship to the University of Miami.
I am listed in Who's Who in American Art and other important publications of that
caliber.
I began as a figurative painter, then I discovered the abstract expressionist
painters, which were a major influence in my development as an abstract artist.I really
resonated with the spontaneous, improvised approach to painting that allowed my emotions
and feelings to be expressed naturally and without censoring them. I found the honesty and
sincerety of its practitioners a welcomed and refreshing stance on contemporary painting.
My work today is eclectic and is a conbination of several art movements from
Cubism to Post Modern.I enjoy conbining minimalist
shapes with abstract expressionism ,sometimes I may push a piece and add collage
and keep working on it till it safisfies me.I strive for the unseen before,as I like to surprise
myself and create pieces that are authentic and that I've never seen before.
I enjoy playing with the arsenal of ideas and concepts handed down to us by
the pioneers of Modern and Contemporary art.
