Jude Blake lives near the seaside in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Jude uses a wide range of material for her subjects with a variety of styles, mediums and
techniques and is always inspired by colour and contrast. In her paintings, she endeavours
to capture the untamed beauty and colours of the hills, mountains and sea of New Zealand as
well as other countries. She also delves considerably in contemporary abstract which she
enjoys greatly. She uses bold deep colours over framed board. Her art has a box like effect
due to the painting continuing around the 5cm deep edges.
Paintings have been popular with overseas as well as national clients.
