Born in 1990 in Lausanne (Switzerland), Michael Ostromooukhov (artist name: Micha) is a
figurative painter and occasionally a fashion designer. Michael lived in Montreal (Canada),
studied art in Rennes (France) and finally moved to London in the United Kingdom.
He likes to paint human expressions and achieves this through a combination of realism and a
strong exaggeration of colours, highlighting the most important lines and details in his
subjects. Various art movements, from classicism to impressionism and expressionism, have
influenced his artistic style.
