All my paintings come from my own loose, pen drawings. I am a colorist who through various
evolutions have arrived back at a representational form. I paint, though, the emotion behind
whatever I am expressing by introducing elements of abstraction, various mediums and always
color. The journey of the two dimensional canvas is the avenue that reveals the essence of
each painting's subject matter while color is most definitely my true subject.
