Early in the morning as the sun begins to rise, I can usually be found out in the woods
behind our house stalking dew drops. I use Nikon digital cameras and Nikor macro len’s.
I love to photograph the little details that most people do not see, such as the detail of a
flower petal or a spider web in the grass covered in morning dew. I shoot nature in an
abstract way. I also photograph macro subjects no larger than ¼ of an inch. All of my
photographs are taken digitally and edited in Photoshop.
I studied photography in Cincinnati Ohio at Antonelli Institute of Art and Photography. I
have been a photographer since high school. My husband and I own a portrait studio,
Masterworks Photography, in Northern Kentucky and have photographed weddings and portraits for
over 20 years
