The International Museum of Naive Art is located in Vicq, a charming village in the heart of the Yvelines departement just outside Paris. The art works, largely drawn from the Max Fourny Collection, are put into context through temporary exhibitions. These exhibitions aim to give a greater insight into the history of one of the few artistic genres which has flourished throughout all five continents. The Museum owes its originality to the juxtaposition of a rich variety of culturally diverse styles.
